These custom, hand turned, hand finished, and hand assembled darts will meet the exact specifications of the thrower. All darts are precision matched weighted to within 0.25 grams of the thrower's spec - anywhere between 18 - 26 grams.
Shown in the picture is Paduk wood dart body with three barrel knurls for assured grip under any condition.
You specify your dart body from a selection of exotic wood bodies,. Our darts use a black anodized aluminum for the back flight shaft - NOT plastic, which tends to break over time. No more compromise in the look, feel, quality, or weight forced by pre-manufactured darts.
Additionally, upon your request we can adjust the shape of our custom dart bodies for the older 'traditional' rounded look, vs. the slim, straight design of modern day darts. This traditional look complements the broader dimensions of real turkey feather flights.
For the ultimate in sport darts, also available as a custom order are real Turkey Feather feather flights, as well as printed or engraved initials / text or pictures on the dart bodies
All WakefieldWoodworker darts and wood gifts are hand turned, beautifully finished to an appropriate gloss, hand assembled, and then meticulously checked to the most exacting quality standards. Laser engraving takes an additional two weeks for delivery.
