Dr Seuss Romper
I made this romper for my granddaughters 1st birthday party which had a Dr Seuss theme. It is made of 100% cotton and the pattern on the fabric is from several Dr Seuss books.
It can be made from any coordinating fabrics.
It has a bib top with tree layers of ruffles, a bow in the back and snaps on the bottom.
