SIZING INSTRUCTIONS:

When choosing a belt it is important to select the correct size, which is why accurate measurements are so important. Your belt size is not the same as your pant or waist size; since your belt goes around you and your pants and you may tuck in your shirt and maybe your underwear, your belt size is usually several inches larger than your pants or waist size.

When ordering a belt, the best way to size it is to get the center hole measurement off an old belt.
Please DO NOT measure the length from end to end. You will not get the correct size that way.

1 - Put your existing belt on and note which hole you are most comfortable in.
2 - Take the belt off and lay it on a flat surface.
3 - Measure the distance:



FROM the very top of the buckle
TO the hole you are the most comfortable wearing it at



This is your center hole measurement. Please order to the nearest inch or put the exact distance in the comment box.
The maximum length using a single piece of vachetta skin is 135 cm. / 53 in.

Note: Do not measure to the middle hole; measure to the hole that fits you best.

On a belt we place 2 punched holes longer (at one inch increments) and two punched holes shorter (at one inch increments); this arrangement gives you the widest relevant range in adjusting your belt.You can also request seven holes or more. Normally on belts over 50 in. (127 cm.) we place seven holes.

Also, from the last hole (the longer one) to the tip of the belt end is approx 5" (12 cm.). Additional length may be added depending on the design of the belt.
