Evolution Of Man Cave Bar Sign

When an Ohio woman wanted to find a Custom bar sign for her husband's man cave, she turned to Belly Up Pub Hub for the project. She sent a picture of the man cave bar area along with other vintage sports paraphenalia in the man cave. She said he was picky, but she wanted it to be a surprise. After seeing the area, and being provided with a crude idea of what she wanted, I set out to create. Well it took 6 proofs and lots of discussions to come to the final 59" x 39" size. We found out he liked the Indians, the Cavs and the Browns, so those logos were incorporated along with a vintage pin up girl playing baseball and a man's fedora. She wanted it to look somewhat vintage so a rustic digital wood background replaced the bright team colors in the background. White letters turned to black lettering and after seeking the approval from one of her husbands friends, we incorporated a suggestion of his to comprise the final sign. The final hi-resolution image was output onto vinyl with adhesive on back and it was carefully glued onto a custom cut piece of large 1/2" MDF board. The edges were rounded over with a router and the edges of the board were painted to match the tie-in with the wood background image. It was shipped out in time for her deadline and a relative is hanging it in the man cave without the knowledge of a surprised husband. You can see by the proofs included here that Belly Up Pub Hub bends over backwards to give customers what they came for -- custom signage at great customer service.
