Moon and Mountains is a Fine Silver Artisan made Pendant for the mountain lover in all of us. Carefully hand sculpted in Fine Silver PMC, this Original One of a Kind Pendant is taken from my original drawing and turned into a work of art.

Pendant is 3/4 of an inch by 1 3/4 inches including the bail.

All of my recycled metal jewelry is made from Metal Clay. The Fine Silver, Sterling Silver, Bronze and Copper originate from recycled fine metal particles suspended in an organic binder. They are molded and shaped by hand (other than a kiln, no machinery is used). Each piece is derived from my drawings then sculpted into a variety of materials and pressed into the clay.
The clay is then fired for several hours in a kiln to insure its strength. It becomes pure metal at this point. Hand refined and polished and sometimes a patina added for depth.
The whole process takes several hours of pains staking work, usually under a magnifying glass to produce a one of a kind piece of wearable art.
