After a few design changes and a revised quote, I submitted 50% payment.
I received several photo updates with description during the build phase.
Once completed, I submitted final payment, and received the shipment about a week later.
The final product was finely crafted to my specifications, and looks fantastic.

This is an example of a floating shelf. This one is 21" and 2" thick and made of red oak. You choose the size and material and I can work up a price. Mounting hardware is included.
