Recently, I was hired to create a colorful Kokopelli sculpture for a rock garden yard. Living in the high desert southwest themes are very popular and I love creating them.
My portfolio is a good example of my colorful take on southwest art using recycled materials.
I created this colorful Kokopelli using scrap metal and old rebar steel. All the pieces are welded together for durability and then painted with transparent paints then sealed with an automotive clear seal.
This piece was 40" tall and 20" wide. the base plate was a heavy 1/4 steel plate.
