Gargoyle Weathervane By David Smith

"The Underworld."

The photos depict a piece commissioned for a residence in Allentown, PA.

A stunning gargoyle weathervane, exquisitely detailed. Sculpted from pure copper and silver.

All my weathervanes are meticulously sculpted by hand using techniques developed by myself as well as traditional Old World metalsmithing techniques. I do not use molds, stamps or machines. Consider the appreciation value of fine copper weathervanes and such a unique work of art.

Display your gargoyle on roof, cupola, or gazebo as a weathervane/architectural element; in a garden, or as commercial signage; would also be an elegant way to top off a gated entrance. Of course, it can also be displayed indoors as fine art sculpture.
