Giant Balsa Air Plane
Here we have designed and built a blown-up giant reproduction of the classic balsa wood airplane available in the traditional American hardware store.
The materials consist of a lightweight plywood frame- sheathed with luan. The decals are hand painted with red enamel. We have designed this replica to be assembled in sections for easy transport and storage. The sections easily bolt together.
The propeller and rubber band could be fabricated at extra cost, yet were not necessary for the depicted version.
