This table has a glass top supported on oak rails finished with black milk paint. The legs or pedestals have a curved shape made with a torsion box technique. The faces of the pedestals have 4-way bookmatched veneers which can be seen from many viewpoints, including through the glass top. Wood and veneer types used include walnut, oak burl, wenge, and bubinga. This design can be modified to create a table appropriate for other functions such as a coffee table.
This particular table is a prototype and not for sale but I can create a similar table to your specifications.
