This is a neat little utility chopper/cutting tool. We use it for food prep in the kitchen, wood craft, and anything you need a good cutting edge for.
It is handmade from scratch, just as all our knives at Williams Built Blades.
Shown in 5/32" O1 Tool Steel with a rustic oxidized finish. Blade is heat treated for optimum edge retention and toughness.
The blade length is right at 3.5", with a high flat grind.
Different handle options are available. Shown with Honey Mesquite handles and black fiber liners. Brass tubes and epoxy secure the handle slabs.
This knife comes with a hand stitched leather friction fit sheath with a belt loop.
