    I ordered a Handmade Horween Chromexcel Black Leather Field Notes/Moleskine Cover Wallet from Jose', recently. Unfortunately, I never did verify the overall dimensions of the finished item and when I received it I loved everything about it: craftsmanship, finish, beautiful to hold and look at--except, it was too wide and tall, for my preference, so I emailed Jose' and requested a re-work of the piece--even admitting that it was my fault, not his. His response was just as positive as when I ordered the wallet: "No problem." I offered to pay him for the re-cutting, but he beat me by offering to RE-MAKE my wallet, if it didn't meet my approval! Every email was met with a, "Can Do" attitude, and it was such a pleasure.

    I received the modified/new wallet and it is exactly what I wanted.
    Jose's attention to detail,and the level of customer service
    during this entire transaction was outstanding!
