Rick did a fantastic job on our custom house address plaque. He made it exactly how we asked. It was more beautiful than we thought it could be. This project was done on short notice and a completely custom idea, rick worked with me and got the tiles finished leaving me enough time to complete my project for my wife's anniversary gift. Turned out to be a very good choice of artists! The only reason I gave a lower score on communication is I was receiving emails from custom made telling me to make my final payment and didn't even realize that the tiles had already shipped. In the grand scheme of things I guess he was just to fast for custom made???
