We had been seaching for someone to create two 70" kitchen shelves for a renovated partial open shelf kitchen in NYC. We found this particularly difficult during the covid19 lockdown. For someone like me, I need to see, touch, etc. rather than working virtually. Erik made this new way of working seamless. We were in constant communication and he provided video/photos during the process and confirmed progress and decision points at each stage. To allow us to pick the specific wood, he offered a virtual tour of the lumber yard. In the 20 years we've lived in the city, this is our third renovation. These units are designed to fit snugly inside your walls and are a great place to store canned goods and similar sized items.
The unit shown in recessed 3 3/4" back from the drywall so that the face frame is flush against the wall. The overall depth is 5 1/4" including the doors. Widths and heights are adjustable for your participial needs.
Shelving is vertically adjustable to optimize the internal space and one shelf for every 6" in height is included.
The profiling for the doors is available in shaker, and roman ogee (shown).
the unit is finished in a white water-based lacquer, contact us for specific coloring needs as well as sizing.
