the faces are made of 2x2inch angle steel with all hand cut and welded seams for tight square straight construction that will outlast anything assembly line built by the big name brand furniture makers!
We take pride in the fact that we hand make every piece of our furniture with the exception of SOME hardware as we even make that in some cases also. all assembled by hand to bring you the quality and strength that is so often missing in even some of the most expensive of today`s furniture. We want you to be able to pass this quality cabinet down to your kids and then on to there kids and be able to last through countless moves and re locations,standing on and what ever life throws at it!
the wooden portion is made from top quality hard wood ply fastened by all steel hardware that has awesome looks as well as being a functional fastener!
we have stained the wood with minwax espresso stain and all wood is then clear coated with 3 coats of satin polycrylic waterbased urethane for a nice even natural look with a light shine and great protection!
all metal has been clear coated with gloss crystal clear lacquer for beauty and protection from rust and corrosion.
