Michael Creed exceeded my expectations every step of the way. From the first step of discussing the design of the table to how to best ship the table he was clear and concise in his communication and very open to my input. I picked him because of the unique pieces I had seen displayed on the Custom Made site. The table he designed for me is beautiful and will be cherished for years to come. He is a very talented craftsmen and I would highly recommend him to anyone that was interested in having him design and build a timeless piece of furniture for them.
A custommade hall table made from the clients own reclaimed , wormy chestnut lumber , taken from a dimantled 1840s tobacco barn on the family property in
Virginia. This table is part of a group of 8 individual furniture pieces created as gifts for each of Jane's children and grandchildren . This design was inspired by an antique french market table .
A small engraved plaque was affixed to each furniture piece bearing the recipiants name ,date and the legacy origin of the wood .
Table is 35" high 62" long 15" deep
