This design is a marriage with the visual weight of steel elements & the modernity of finely finished hardwood elements & exquisite hardware. This piece features handcrafted leather pulls made by Fruit Leather here in Baltimore, Maryland. Regarding charred Ash: As a result of the processes involved to produce the Charred finish, any Classic Hutch with Charred Ash unit we make will have a powder coated steel backer for the upper shelving unit as opposed to a matching veneer with lacquer finish.
