This photo shows the before and after shots of a large vintage bell shaped Floor lamp lampshade.
My project consisted of stripping the lampshade frame, cleaning the frame, resealing it and recovering the lampshade frame using similar fabric tones while trying to recreate the unusual trim on the original shade.
The shade turned out beautifully, but the trim turned out to be quite a challenge. It actually broke my machine at one point, but my client was thrilled with the end result.
