Leather Clutches
I create custom one of a kind pieces. Everything is made by hand from start to finish. Leather is chosen specific for the needs/requirements of the project. Pattern is drawn by hand and cut out with shears. Holes are punched and all is stitched and/or riveted by hand. The piece is then textured, stained or painted by hand depending on the requirements.
This is a leather tote bag in the simplest form. It is made with burgundy waxed cow hide. The sides and bottom were hand stitched and the straps were riveted into place.
Also shown are leather cuff bracelets which incorporate large natural stones.
The leather clutches ($75-125) in the photos are made with sturdy shoulder hide. These particular pieces were made for a local store to match their new spring line of clothing. Smaller versions were painted in bright colors the larger were stained in neutrals.
My, pieces are made to fit your lifestyle and body. I tend to be on the petite side so have had problems finding bags to suite my body size and needs.. so I started making them for myself! I tend to make things that look more artistic vs. sterile, machine made and packaged. You will not run into another person wearing/using an accessory you order from me. I will make an exception and make multiples of the same thing for events such as bridal/groom parties.
