Life on Mars is an abstract star-like sculpture fabricated from hand-welded steel pipe elevated on a structural steel plate.
It has an airy, lyrical, swaying form that takes on a different character from different perspectives. It's angled lines are
powder-coated in Lollypop Red with an undercoat of Shredded Silver to lend finely sparked texture. The sculpture has a triple coat of the red to present a rich, deep color.
It's elegant austerity is matched by its striking presence from near and far, standing at seven and a half feet by three and a half feet
I can make variations of Life on Mars in sizes that range from three to eleven feet, and in several colors
DELIVERY: I will deliver the piece myself to anywhere within a 100 mile radius of Manhattan for a nominal charge
