This live edged bark solid walnut cutting board was requested by one of our special customers, who at first was not sure what kind of board he would like to order for his spouse. The end dimensions of 24x18x2 for this edge grained cutting board was exactly what he wanted to order. We requested his input and we provided him with pictures as we made this board so he could see how it was produced. We applied several coats of food safe beeswax, paraffin and mineral oil on all sides of this board and we provided a Word document explaining how to maintain this board for long term use.
Please note that because of the sized of this particular cutting board, we attached five non-skid rubber feet to the bottom to help prevent it from sitting in any moisture that might be on the counter top, etc.
