It is large enough to carry a Bible along with everything they might need for carrying to church. It even has a 5 1/2" X 6 1/2" Pocket on the back. Easy closure button flap on front and a lengthy shoulder strap which can be worn over the shoulder or slip a knot in it and carry it by hand.
