I am very happy with the final product. It looks exactly like what I imagined and fits very nicely into my home.
I know the LA fires caused some delays, but I would have appreciated getting a communication from the maker to know that the table was going to be delayed (instead, I had to reach out when I had not heard anything for weeks, even though my expected shipping date was approaching). I had also thought shipping was included in the price quoted when I ordered, but ended up paying for shipping separately when the table was completed. I wish that that had been included in the upfront cost of the table, as the table ended up costing a bit more than I had budgeted. I also did not appreciate the way that the table was shipped to me - while the table was protected during delivery and in good shape when it arrived, I now have a large wooden pallet in my garage (and not sure how I'm going to get rid of it!).

Shipping charge of $250 to be paid prior to pick up.
Old reclaimed pine wood has many wonderful qualities including old nail marks/holes, divots, cracks, grain variance and other blemishes.
Customers must be accepting of these quirky imperfections.
