Pair Of Coffee Mugs With Multi-Colored Patterns
This pair of pottery coffee mugs feature a collage of patterns in red, blue, green and black on the outside surface. The mugs are glazed in a scarlet red on the inside and clear on the outside to highlight the white clay body. The patterns were created with underglaze decals and are reminiscent of Japanese washi paper.
The mugs were thrown at my studio in Columbus, OH. They are food, dishwasher and microwave safe and measure approximately 3 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide.
