Petite Wooden Box
This box begins with a bit of reclaimed material as well. Vertical grain fir, the miters are hand cut, with a back saw and articulated miter box. Semi precious stone beads are used as ornament at the corners as well as to create the pull for the lid. It does sit on a separate base also reclaimed fir. The finish consists of acrylic paint and a clear top coat of varnish. It can be re imagined in any size from the petite to the oh my.
