Picture Frames
I made these for my Mother and Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day. The large one features highly figured Maple with a Walnut frame. While the smaller one has the same highly figured Maple with a Cherry frame. Both were finished in a semi-gloss oil based polyurethane. Applied with a foam brush, sanded with 320 grit sandpaper between coats and final smoothing done with very fine steel wool.
