This is a wimsical lifesize playhouse that we have gotten started. It has hardi shakes on the exterior. We havent decided what kind of roofing we are going to use on the roof yet, it is between asphalt or cedar shingles or possibly metal roofing. We still have to make the shutters and front door for it. Shipping will depend on where the buyer is located.
