I strongly recommend Aliberti Tile. I was looking for a customized project for my Mom's 80th birthday and had a very tight timeline. Within hours of posting on CustomMade, I got a response from Gregory Aliberti and asked to submit a proposal.
Gregory came up with a concept and design very quickly and confirmed that he could meet the deadline. He created a ceramic tile with a "Family Tree" that my Mom loved.
The communication through Custom Made was very efficient and thorough and Gregory was very professional.

Raku is a traditional Japanese firing technique in which the ware is brought to maturing temperature and then removed from the kiln and placed in a reduction camber to combust kindling. It draws the loose carbon into the glazes creating dramatic one of a kind metallic flashing that look metamorphic in nature. The glossy glaze's colors range from copper penny & silver to leaf green
