This One-of-a-Kind Unique Table Set was constructed by me in my shop from Reclaimed Ponderosa Pine Barn Beams that were approximately 100 years old when removed from the barn. The legs were purchased from a local online auction. The Table is 9 ft Long by 40 inches wide by 32 inched high by 1 3/4 inches thick. I have not weighed it but would estimate that it weighs over 200 lbs. The benches are 9 ft long by 11+ inches wide by 18 inches high by 1 3/4 inches thick. The entire set is finished with MInwax Polycrylic Clear Satin finish. This set is made from Reclaimed Material, so it has a rustic look and some imperfections that would be expected but that give it a unique character. I have included one picture of a sample of the material prior to being machined and just after it was planed to thickness. I have between 80- and 100-hours labor in the construction and finishing. I believe that the set is well worth the price of$3,000.00 as just counting my time at $30.00 per hr. (well below the going rate for craftsmen) would come to that. Local Pick Up as I do not have the capacity to package or ship such a large heavy item but if the buyer would want to make arrangements to have it picked-up I would be able to assist with loading. This is a fine piece of furniture that will provide some family an Heirloom to be passed on from generation to generation. The benches have been tested by significantly sized individuals and there was little if any sag. The benches have adjustable feet to allow for any possible unevenness in the floor where they will be used, and the table legs have glider pads. The skirts are fastened to the top with steel tabletop fasteners and the legs are fastened to the skirt via apron brackets with two hanger bolts each and as such the table legs could easily be removed and reattached if necessary for moving. It is listed as a Dining Table, but it could be used in a Kitchen or Large Great room or in some form of Hunting or Ski Lodge. I show I week for completion because it does not provide for an edit, but this item is ready for pickup as soon as it is paid for. I would consider delivering within a 2-hour range for $225.00.
