The "Alex" is a stunning executive's desk with file drawers, modesty panels, large desktop, and plenty of storage. It is handmade from authentic old growth lumber that were processed at an early Americana sawmill in the late 1800s. The wood was salvaged from a barn that was deconstructed from a grain farm near Indianapolis, IN. The preserved character in the barnwood reveals secrets from an earlier life and tales of its unique history. This executive desk measures 72″W x 30″D x 32″H.
The 1-1/2″ top sits on industrial welded steel legs and framework. All of the drawer boxes are dovetailed solid wood and feature soft-close Blum undermount slides for the smoothest action. Desk has two regular drawers, two file drawers, and a center lap drawer. Desk is also available with a flip-down pullout keyboard tray, in lieu of the center drawer. Hidden inside the seating area is a power hub with surge protector to help with your wire management needs. The legs are 3″ x 3″ welded steel with an antique blackened finish. Adjustable leg levelers included.
