Ridiculously happy would be an understatement. I wanted to have a commemorative plaque made for my brother for a pretty big life event. I was searching for different "sign" makers and was not satisfied by the results that I had found. I stumbled across Troy and was impressed by his references. This desk was made of reclaimed oak from an old feed house once located in southeastern Indiana. All boards were kiln dried, stripped of old nails, surfaced, joined, and sanded. A finish of Danish oil was then applied to bring out the natural color while protecting the surface. The client then added his own legs made from plumber's pipe for a unique finish.
