Reclaimed Maple Cutting Board
One day, when I was driving home from work, I noticed a builder throwing out old cabinets to the curb. I stopped and asked if I could have the old cabinet doors. He said sure and... come to find out, the old grungy looking doors turned out to be made of gorgeous maple! I was able to plane them down, get them back to beautiful, and glue them up to make these awesome long grain cutting boards. They have your choice of finish, either mineral oil or salad bowl finish.
