Rolling Wooden Bar Cart
Chris requested a bar cart and had specific requirements in mind. I was able to come up with a design that met all his needs and then some. Up-cycling the leaded glass doors from an antique entertainment center and the bollards from an old organ I was able to provide a few extras while keeping within his budget.
The frame is made of quarter-sawn white oak with a 17 in. Sapele & Maple Veneer Chess Board and African Mahogany inlay to compliment the playing field top.
Both sides of the interior is lit up with three flashlight bulbs connected to a hidden battery-pack and switch that is easily accessible. The lights even shine through to the wine bottle and stemware racks on the side!
