I was asked to provide a simple and functional handrail to help some of the older visitors to the residence navigate their way to the front door. They left the design of it up to me and I took inspiration directly from these large heavy canvas sails that are suspended from the house and a nearby tree that provide some shelter from the elements.
It is made of steel tube and plate and sealed with a water based clear bare metal sealer to protect it from rust.
