Sapele Exterior Door With Triple Glass Sidelight
Door and Jamb are made from SAPELE. Jamb pieces are 1-1/8" Thick x 6" Wide x 82" Tall and have an adjustable Sill applied. Glass in sidelights is 3/4" Tempered Insulated with a rough Finish on the Interior side.
Fabricated and Installed a SAPELE Door Sill Extension.
Door is 1-3/4" Thick and the Panels are 1-1/2" Thick with a Radiused raised panel. The panels are solid glue up with a 'V" groove (both sides) to make it look like 5 pieces of wood.
Finish is 5 coats of Gloss Exterior Polyurethane. each coat was sanded prior to the next coat being applied.
Door Bottom has a Vinyl adjustable weather strip applied and there is Bulb style weather stripping applied to the Jamb where the door closes against it.
Hinges are Oiled Bronze, Ball Bearing style due to the weight of the Door.
Exterior side of Door has three Wrought Iron Straps (18" Long) applied.
Door Knob / Pull and Wrought Iron Straps were supplied by Customer.
