My client contacted be after seeing other tables like this on my profile. After a few notes between us I sent my client images of possible slabs. We finally selected a beautiful Birch slab. This pair of boards were milled from a tree that grew along the banks of the Connecticut River.
The slab selection was driven by the color / tone and size that the client was looking for.
Once the details were nailed down I was able to fabricate the acrylic legs, mill the slab top and then work on the stain & lacquer finish.
