EVOKES THE MOVEMENT OF SURF PLAYING OUT A SPRAY OF COLOR AS IT JUMPS A WAVE

Steel, art-glass and marble. The steel frame and rings are welded and finished with a sheen that permanently fixes luster and prevents oxidation. The hand-cut art-glass circles present variations in opacity and texture which, together with the striations in some of the metal and the live-edged
sides of the marble base catch the light in different slants.

I use recycled, textured steel whenever I can find the form and quality of metal I need but fine art glass. Hand-forged rings.

Best viewed with light on rather than through the sculpture
