... Just in time for Spring: This little item will be an A+ in any girls wardrobe. Rebecca prefers simplicity over fufu ruffles so I decided to design her a "T" to her own liking. By adding one small ruffle at the top of the folds & a fabric flower above that it gives just a hint of cutsie to this slightly more mature look she was going for.
