The fact that this knife has a blunt point also adds a safety factor in an event where many people may be near the food preparation area. The medium utility knife is a slightly larger knife designed for those with averaged-sized hands at a price of $350. Options for both knives include a single or double-ground blade with left and right-handed knives for single ground blades.
