The entire experience was great from picking the console table, working with Meredith Hart on the material of construction, communicating progress and timing for final shipment. This cabinet was designed to take its place right into a living room and hold your favorite books, records, photographs and more. It is made out of beautiful, unsteamed walnut from Pennsylvania with its dark reds, purples, hazels, and splashes of creamy sap wood. The glass in the door was reclaimed from a 1700s home in Massachusetts and cut by hand to fit the unique design. It shows the ripples and bubbles indicative of hand-blown glass.
