Acrylic on 66″x 72″ canvas and complete environment design for luxury rental home owned by an Atlanta area client.
McKeithan designed the interior of this 4-story luxury rental townhouse in Panama City Beach, FL. Working closely with her client to stay within an investment property budget while creating a comfortable and elegant home away from home, she selected all interior furnishings and accessories and created two murals. The 3rd floor living room has a partially obstructed view of the Gulf, so she "added" a window mural and finished it with actual window treatments to match those on the rest of the windows in the room. Throughout the room, they chose simple breezy panels with mahogany rods, inspired by West Indies resorts.
