I strongly recommend Aliberti Tile. I was looking for a customized project for my Mom's 80th birthday and had a very tight timeline. Within hours of posting on CustomMade, I got a response from Gregory Aliberti and asked to submit a proposal.
Gregory came up with a concept and design very quickly and confirmed that he could meet the deadline. He created a ceramic tile with a "Family Tree" that my Mom loved.
The communication through Custom Made was very efficient and thorough and Gregory was very professional.
The homeowners had an existing travertine floor that they wanted to compliment with a custom backsplash. I distressed my tile to look like travertine but is stronger and doesn't require any maintenance, like resealing it. With the freedom of making all the tile I was able to create a variety of intricate trim moldings along the counter and around all the openings, ie. windows and archways.
