My customer wanted a vintage, industrial dining table ... something old & distressed, with metal legs & casters, maybe a bit edgy in design. Over time the project evolved to include the top from an old oak shop table, custom made metal legs with flat black powder coating, large casters with a modern twist. Serious, but naturally incurred damaged areas on the top were ground out and smoothed to accommodate everyday use by the happy new owners.
