This quirky project is emblematic of my design process (when given artistic license). I had a more classic Krenov-style cabinet in mind when, one day, while experimenting with off-center turning, I had created what looked awfully like animal legs. I decided to incorporate them into my design, making this two-legged cabinet. The case of the cabinet itself was designed around the gorgeous piece of maple that I book-matched for the doors. The case and legs are walnut. Each aspect was painstakingly crafted with lasting joints.
