This walnut slab has been sitting in my shop for 24 years; mainly because it was rotted in the middle and it wouldn't tell me what it wanted to be until last Spring. I used a cherry inlay to compensate for the rotted areas that was removed. there are gems, mostly turquoise and copper to create a moss- like and sun beam look on the sides of the inlay.
