This project was created for a bride looking for a simple dress with a twist, that made her look like none other, but with a sense of modesty. She had a vision of using contrasting colors to create a sense of uniqueness in the bodice. The dress was made out of chiffon, grey underlay and white overlay, satin white base and lining, and a cotton lace. I also embellished the lace with chrome/clear dimensional beads, clear/ silver beads, and white beads. I added ruching to the bodice to add a bit of flare that flows to the back. We did decide to change the back from the original design to go straight across. This is definitely a dress for someone who wants comfort and style at the same time. It was a pleasure to work with this buyer!
