Personalized Wedding Wish Vase© comes with the wedding couple's names and wedding date. Included poem card encourages wedding party guests to write well wishes for the couple and to roll them up and slip them in the vase. The vase gets opened at a predetermined date such as a first anniversary. The bottom has been trimmed thinly and perforated so that a simple tap with a wooden spoon (cover the bottom with a wash cloth to protect from shards) and the notes are retrieved. The vase remains as a keepsake and can even be converted into a table lamp by the artist. A variety of hand painted decorations for the wheel formed porcelain vases are available and they come in two sizes holding 75 wishes or up to 150. Custom decorations and larger sizes can be considered.
Conceived as a love creation for my own wedding to Molly Sharp in 1997, I have made hundreds and shipped them all over the US and abroad.
