Whirled Geranium Leaf Candle Holder Pair - Jade
A set of candle holders made by creating leaf impressions of geranium leaves into my china-grade clay.
Simple to do, just wrap the 11 clay geranium leaves around and around each other, spiraling upward.
Kiln fire once, glaze with 4 coats, and fire one last time.
Put candles into them, light and enjoy.
This is a fine example of the Majolica and Art Deco style of ceramic art.
