The bottle opener is made form reclaimed wine barrel from Sonoma county, Only the best and most unique staves are selected. We then clean, sand, and add a food safe sealant and polish to the wood. The opener is made from stainless steel and will last for many years. Each wine barrel will differ in color depending on what type of wine it is holding. The front is usually purple, pink, dark brown or red and the back is usually a light brown color.
