These are so simple, yet intricate, brass with rich warm gold plating. The stampings were found in a warehouse decades ago...they are new old stock so never used. The Russian 24K gold plating used for these was made famous by the Haskell company and is no longer done, making these parts rare. Meriam Haskell was born in 1899 and was a designer of costume jewelry - beginning in the 1920's.
They have one simple dangle - a diamond-shaped brass charm with a clear rhinestone. These are also vintage.
I finished them with gold-plated 1/2 inch leverback earwires.
They are lightweight and look delicate, but they are quite sturdy.
Measurement including the earwire is: 2 1/8 inches.
These days you can wear whatever you want so even something as elegant as these earrings can be worn with casual or dress-up occasions.
All of my jewelry ships in a gift box or bag tied with ribbon.
